Our vacation rental is located on the oceanfront, giving you access to an expanse of stunning beachfront views at the southern tip of Pleasure Island. Enjoy the amenities of the resort, including multiple outdoor pools, tennis courts, shuffle board, grills, and playgrounds for the kids. After a day at the beach, visit the recreation center for an indoor pool, spa, sauna, exercise room and clubhouse. Relax, unwind, and make lasting memories at this beautiful destination! Note: there are no facilities at Ocean Dunes for charging golf carts. Ocean Dunes covered parking is not suitable for large SUVs, please seek a first come first serve visitor parking spot for large vehicles. Always use your parking pass! (Guest will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.) Rental Policies: In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement. Things to bring: Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels. Arrival/Departure: Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm Check-out is by 10 am. The condo is as beautiful as the listing shows. When we arrived, the floors looked great, but were quite dirty - as we all had dirty feet from walking barefoot. The beach access was close and one of the Ocean Dunes pools was directly across the street and a very short walk. We would certainly stay here again. This place is absolutely lovely. Spotless, recently renovated with a wonderfully appointed kitchen. The first time I have ever been at a beach rental where I thought "I want to get a set of these pans!" The TV in the living room was great and perfect for watching Stanley Cup hockey in the evenings. The view from the large deck is wonderful, and we were fortunate to have near-perfect weather during our stay. There are outdoor pools at the complex and access to a rec center that we did not use because we spent all of our time on the beach! The condo was great and the remodel was very well done from last year. The rental agency was also very easy to deal with and helped with a wifi issue when we arrived within and hour. Couple of small items for future stays: the closest pool is across the street and has no bathroom so makes it a little bit of a hassle. The view is amazing but you need to walk down 50-75 yards in either direction to get into the ocean without running into the large rocks there. The indoor pool is a little bit of a walk but was great for the rainy days/storms. Overall would def recommend, condo was great! ##### Ben B. We had stayed in Ocean Dunes last year in a two bedroom unit, but brought the grandparents along this year so we upgraded to the three bedroom. The views were great from the porch, the AC and kitchen appliances worked great, and the ease of access to the beach was perfect for us and the kids. The unit is well renovated and overall in good shape Our only complaints were that the unit could have used a bit more extra cleaning when we got there, as well as some of the dishes. It wasn't enough for us to give management a call, but something worth noting. ##### Kayvon H. A few issues that dropped rating to 4 was check-in experience (no info in Vrbo app but all through txt and email), had to make own beds with linen and towels dropped off, water was off when we arrived so had to do a late call to resolve, discovered refrigerator was set to off in the morning after large amount of groceries stored overnight (even though refrigerator lights were on), and there were a number of maintenance issues). But overall minor problems compared to top of the line remodeled unit. We would stay there again. ##### Steve L. We stayed the last week of March, not busy at all which is exactly what we wanted! No starter supplies at all so make sure to be prepared! Only complaints are the elevator was not working, and hauling all of our luggage and groceries and every time we shopped up 4 flights of stairs was awful! We definitely wouldn’t stay again unless elevator is working, otherwise had a great stay! All beds were comfortable, ample kitchen supplies, deck was very nice to relax on. I would not want any floor other then the top, top decks get full sun. Check in and out was very convenient. The rec room is about 2 blocks away, across the road… it appears to be on this property, but it is not. That was kind of inconvenient. ##### Mya S. All amenities are updated and decor is modern and clean. Location is perfect - right on the beach with a beautiful view. The aquarium is only a 4 minute drive away.
