Lovely, clean modern hotel with friendly helpful staff.
The location high up in the old town was very handy too. Sarajevo is a fine city with great people and a tragic recent history, tge history being the reason for me and my colleagues' visit.
Highly recommended.

The staff were amazing, but there were a few little quirks with the room. We had 3 different minor maintenance issues and the room design was a bit odd and everyone should pay attention to the room they book. The ceilings are sloped so even at 5 foot tall, you will be bonking your head. They show photos so it is my fault for not paying attention, but at 5 foot even never had that issue before.

Very convenient location in old town. Great breakfast and helpful staff. Only complaint was parking. Very hard to get in and out of parking space although staff did help me navigate. City does not seem to give tickets to people who park illegally and block you in your parking space.

"Sehr kleines Zimmer Nr. 204, möbliert mit zwei Betten. Platz zwischen den Betten ca. 30 cm, offene Verteilerdose im Nassbereich schräg unter Waschbecken Nähe Boden, Dusche zu groß sodass man nicht auf Toilette hinsitzen kann - sondern mit einem Fuß rübersteigen muss, fehlende Stange für Handbrause ..."
