Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

"Good apartment if you're staying in Sombor. However, they need to improve the sound insulation, as you can hear a lot noise coming from neighboring apartments as well as outside. Furthermore, the instructions to find the apartment itself and check-in came as an HTML attachment on the Expedia website, ..."
