Staff should be more aware of surroundings. Let the guests know you will be right with them even how long the line is…be more apologetic especially when room is not yet ready on the exact check in time…overall experience was fair!

I have no clue how they have such a high rating and good reviews. I was unimpressed from the moment I got out of the car. The rooms are outdated and not clean. It smelt like wet mildew during the entire stay. The pool was always dirty and always had debris in it. The staff were friendly and that was about all I could say good about this stay. Kauai was wonderful but Kauai Inn was not! Would never recommend!
