It was an amazing experience from the moment we stepped off the plane. Met at the gates by hotel staff who then escorted us to the boat that then took us to the resort in less than 30 minutes. Since we arrived late they transported us directly to our room for a brief in-room check-in so we could get some rest. Then in the morning we woke to a truly beautiful private resort island surrounded by clear blue water. The resort staff were all super friendly and came to have a chat with us every chance they got and special shout out to Giovanni who was always making sure we had a good time and even had a few tequila shots with us :) The food was fantastic including buffet breakfast at Cafe Huraa, Indian set menu at Baraabaru, lobster night at Reef Club and grilled snapper at Kandu Grill. There were a range of activities available to allow us to experience the full beauty of our surroundings including sunrise yoga, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking to name a few. Also we were pleasantly surprised when all the snorkeling classes were full and they created an additional private class just for us. Also the gym was also very well-equipped and where I spent most mornings before breakfast. Another pleasant surprise was being offered complimentary late-check out since we had a late night flight back home.
