When we booked, the breakfast included and the Staff did not believe and agree therefore we were on the phone with Expedia for a while. This was not pleasant.

The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, and despite asking for it to be fixed, normal attempts to fix it were made. The front desk was often unattended, and when staffed, the service was unfriendly. They also advertise a shared social space with a bar, but during our stay, it was completely unstaffed and unusable. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to the expectations set by the hotel’s description."
