Waiting for the room to be ready was quite long. 5-15 minutes should be tolerable. However, room was quite reasonable for the price.

It's the worse hotel to stay in! When I checked I have to wait for 1 1/2 hours to check in as I was told the hotel was facing high occupancy. The staff at the reception did not even apologize. The neighbors next door were playing loud music in the middle of the night until my colleague was not able to sleep. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuching.

Room service is okay but unfortunately the room condition and the facilities is in moderate situation. The television is unclear and the sink is unsafe for kids as if they used the sink to brush their teeth, they will tend to put their arm into it but however the sink is moving upwards as the sink is not attached to wall fully.

The reception staff hospitality is what i remembered most about this trip. Looking forward to our next trip to kch at this hotel. although the towel is smelly and stained, and our room has problem with controlling the a/c (verrry cold).
