It was just ok for the price. I am just making an assumption that we were given a room not cleaned and with no wifi access because two men asked for a double bed. I realise where we are and maybe we are too far out of kl to expect tolerance. It was in a great location if you have your own car. Not too many good food places close by. The first room they gave was facing the west (if I'm not mistaken) and the evening sun was very hot and shines directly to the room. When i return from my afternoon tea the room temperature was really heated up as if the heat from the sun is being stored in the room (like a steam room). Add to that, the air-conditioning wasn't working. When i complained about it to the reception/maintenance it took a while for them to decide whether to give another room (or not) finally at midnight they gave another teeny tiny room with no view or window. but thank god the air-conditioning was working in this room. so, out of desperate need for rest, we took the room but mom had to sleep on the floor on a extra bed. but it was really uncomfortable for two person to stay in the dungeon like room. Furthermore, the noise from the corridor was terrible. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.
