The air conditioner was not working properly so it was very hot in our room. The staff kept saying that it felt cool to them so they wouldn’t do anything to help. It was cooler than outside but not cool enough to sleep. By the last night it was finally fixed after complaining over and over and over again

Stunning property nestled between a couple of other related properties. Very quiet and beautiful grounds, rooms and accommodations. The staff are incredible; friendly, welcoming and eager to help make the stay a pleasure - and it was. We spent 5 days here; 5 days of that truly decadent breakfast, 5 days enjoying the luxurious grounds and service. Lana and the staff here made us feel like family. Arkoudi, the nearby town, is wonderful and has some great restaurants and a really nice bay beach if you find you want to explore outside this Grecotel resort area. My work brought us here, and it's been a lovely discovery - we would like to return to the area and the Mandola Rosa for another trip in the future!

Room was switched because tv didn’t work. Downgraded room. We went from a top floor to the first floor. It was so loud near the street, banging garbage trucks all, loud music, poor sleep, staff did not try to resolve issue at all.

We had the absolute privilege of staying at Bellevalia Hydra, and it exceeded every expectation. The location is simply breathtaking, the rooms are beautifully designed, the views are spectacular, and the food is exceptional. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay genuinely unforgettable. It’s almost impossible to single people out because every single person was outstanding, but a special thank you must go to Anna, who went out of her way to make our stay extra special. Stephanous and his wonderful restaurant team, Sergio and Christos, delivered such incredible food and warm hospitality that we didn’t want to dine anywhere else on the island. Thank you also to Renata at reception, Anthony and Paulos at the bar, Alessio, who found us the perfect spot on the beach every day, and Jacob, our friendly water taxi guide, whose warm welcome always put a smile on our faces. Bellevalia Hydra is so much more than a beautiful hotel, it’s a place where genuine hospitality makes you feel completely at home. We leave with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return.
