Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln! Von vorhandener Bettwäsche, Keksen, kühgelagertes Bier und Kaffeebohnen, moderner Einrichtung, Duschgel, einem gepflegtem Garten mit Schaukel, Rutsche und Häuschen für kleinere Kinder, 3 Carports, Fußbodenheizung und für mehr als 8 Personen Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draußen, Spielzeuge für Kinder aller Altersgruppen, dem angrenzenden Olivenhain bis zum Wäschetrockner ist alles da und sauber! Marko ist ein sehr sympathischer Vermieter, der per WhatsApp und Telefon immer zu erreichen ist! Braucht man einen Tipp, so bekommt man diesen sehr schnell! Das Umfeld ist naturgemäß im Oktober etwas ruhiger, aber wir haben 13 Tage lang immer etwas Neues entdecken können. Ist die Insel Krk zu "klein", dann erreicht man die Städte Pula und Poreč, die Insel Cres innerhalb von kurzer Zeit. Empfehlen können wir noch Opatija - Tolle Promenade! Die Stadt Krk erreicht Ihr innerhalb einer Viertelstunde! Hier gibt es eine schöne Innenstadt! In Vrh könnt Ihr direkt beim Nachbaren einkehren - Gutes Essen! Wer es noch etwas ausgefallener (und trotzdem günstig) mag, der isst in der Kuca Krckog Prsuta Zuzic, auch direkt in Vrh. In beiden Restaurants werdet Ihr mit sehr viel Aufmerksamkeit bedient. Für die, die eine eigene Anreise mit dem PKW planen, ist Vrh sehr zu empfehlen - Ihr kommt überall gut hin! Innerhalb von nicht einmal 10 Minuten erreicht Ihr mehrere gut sortierte Supermärkte in Krk. Unsere Empfehlung: Buchen! ;) ##### Stefan S. Die Anlage besteht aus 3 separaten Einheiten (1x Haupthaus, 2x Nebengebäude). Für uns 3 Familien mit jeweils 2 Klein-/Kindern war die Aufteilung pefekt. Jeder hatte seinen eigenen Rückzugsort während wir die Küche im Haupthaus, sowie Terrasse mit Pool für eine wunderschöne gemeinsame Zeit nutzen konnten. Alle Häuser waren sehr schön, sauber und top ausgestattet. Vor allem die Küche im Haupthaus ließ keine Wünsche offen (zB. Kaffeevollautomat, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Mixer mit verschiedenen Aufsätzen, Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen...). Im Haupthaus befindet sich außerdem im Keller ein Spielezimmer (Play Station, Tischtennistisch, Spielzeug für die Kleinen...) Unsere Kinder haben auch dort viel Zeit verbracht. Neben einem Carport für 3 Autos gehört zur Anlage auch ein großer und wunderschön angelegter Garten mit Schaukel und Spielhaus. Top! Der Platz vorm Haus bietet auch ausreichend Raum zum Radfahren für die Kleinen. Das Feriendomizil ist perfekt für 3 Familien mit Kindern. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in ruhiger und trotzdem zentraler Lage. Man kommt in ca. 15 bis 20 Autominuten an wunderschöne Strände (Danke Marco für die Tipps!), nach Krk aber auch nach Malinska. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind mit dem Auto ebenso in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Marco, der Besitzer, war bereits im Vorfeld bei der Planung der Reise sehr hilfsbereit und auch während des Aufenthaltes war er immer erreichbar und unterstützte uns mit Tipps zu Stränden und div. Lokalitäten! HERZLICHEN DANK Marco und auch ein Danke an deinen Bruder Karlo! Dieses Ferienhaus kann man nur weiterempfehlen! Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es fehlte uns wirklich an nichts selbst die Grundsachen wie Geschirrspültabs und Kaffee waren aufgefüllt. Marko unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und war immer erreichbar und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Wir sind mit Freunden und Kindern verreist was sich in diesem Haus super anbietet, da es neben dem Haupthaus noch 2 Appartementwohnungen gibt wo die die Freunde ohne Kinder in der Früh nicht gestört wurden. Marko war ein absolut vorbildlicher Gastgeber und hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war ausgesprochen gut! Der Ort Vrh hat mit 2 Restaurants, 1 Bäcker und 1 kleinen Supermarkt alles zu bieten was man auf die schnelle braucht, der größte Vorteil ist allerdings die zentrale Lage auf der Insel. Man kann sagen das man innerhalb von 10-30 min alle Hotspots und Strände auf der Insel erreichen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt. Wir haben mit zwei Familien einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus und auf der Insel Krk erlebt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmacksvoll und modern eingerichtet. Über Klimaanlage, Safe, Grill, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spielkonsole und Tischtennisplatte ist alles vorhanden. Am Pool, der schönen Terrasse oder im großen Garten hatten wir großen Spaß bzw. konnte entspannt werden. Marko ist ein toller Gastgeber. Alles war perfekt organisiert. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hatte viele Tipps für Freizeitaktivitäten rund um Krk. Die Stadt Krk ist in weniger als 10 min. zu erreichen. Zum nächsten Strand mussten wir ca. 5 -10 min fahren. Der Insel Krk ist sehr zu empfehlen. Tolle Strände mit ganz klarem Wasser, großes Freizeitangebot. Schöne Orte mit kleinen Gassen und Straßen sowie schönen Restaurants direkt an der Strandpromenade oder am Hafen. Wir werden sicherlich ein weiteres Mal unseren Urlaub auf Krk verbringen und werden eines der Häuser von Marko und seiner Familie mieten. ##### Huascar R. House split is perfect for three families. Main house as well as the two "side buildings" are very new, very well equipped with everything you need. Location is perfect - very quiet, beautiful garden, nice sundowns. Some more buildings are created nearby currently, but there are no big disturbing construction sites. The house is exactly as shown in the picture. All the forniture are new and really nothing is missing. Sorroundings are very quite and you have a big supermarket just at five minutes by car. You have also sea and city center just at seven minutes by car. If you don't want to cook, we recommend the restaurant which is very close the house. Het was ons eerste trip naar Kroatië en zeker niet de laatste. De villa die we gehuurd hebben was van topkwaliteit. Alle comfort , leuke omgeving, super vriendelijke eigenaar. De villa was zeer clean, het zwembad werd dagelijks onderhouden en er was voldoende bed- en badlinnen aanwezig. Ook de grote binnenspeelruimte voor de kinderen hebben wij enorm gewaardeerd.
