Modern, comfortable single-family house "Villa Palma", 2 storeys, built in 2022. 300 m from the centre of Pinezići, 11 km from the centre of Krk, 900 m from the sea, from the beach. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 100 m, bus stop 1.2 km, ferry 3 km, pebble beach 900 m. Please note: airfield 26 km from the property.
5-room house 200 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious and bright: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (130 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Tolle Auszeit mit Freunden

Wir haben hier zu sechst eine sehr entspannte Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist neu, sauber und eignet sich von der Aufteilung perfekt für 6-8 Personen. Der Weg zum Meer ist zu Fuß relativ steil, man kann aber mehrere Strände gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Das eine oder andere Handtuch mehr wäre schön gewesen, aber kein Muss. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich!
