Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße; zu Fuß ist man in ca 10 min im Zentrum, direkt zur Promenade ist es noch kürzer. Die beiden Terrassen haben einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer und gute Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten. Der Sonnenschutz ist ausbaufähig. Die Betten sind gut. Die Küchenschränke unter der Schräge sind für lange Menschen nicht ganz optimal, ansonsten ist alles da, was man braucht.
