The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 1980, was renovated in 2021 and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located in a busy environment, in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Krk. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in the house. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the street in front of the house.
