The basement/keller floor with a size of about 62 m² comprises of a living room/kitchen/dining room all in one space with Cable-TV and wireless internet(Wlan).
There are two separate bedrooms (one with matrimonial bed another one with 2 single beds).
The sleeping room with 2 single beds is is serving as passage to another room!!!
A fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, filter-coffee machine, fridge with deep freezer and dining area as well as adjacent bathroom with shower and toilet.
The beach is about 350m away. The town center with restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 500m away.
