The ground floor offers a guest toilet, an open living room (about 46 sqm) with sofa bed, a large dining table with enough space for 10 people and a modern kitchen (u. A. With washing machine and dishwasher). The living room leads to the spacious, covered terrace (40 square meters), which lies on the south-west side of the house. From there you have direct access to the pool (5.8 x 4.1 m) and the beautiful garden. In addition, you have the option to use the built-in terrace on the north side in the house. Villa Milohnici is located on the quiet outskirts of the small village Milohnici on the southwest side of the island of Krk. Wir waren insgesamt 7 Personen, 3 davon waren Kinder zwischen 1-7\. Bei Kindern in solchem Alter muss einem klar sein, das nicht alles Kinder sicher ist, was uns jedoch bewusst war. Sämtliche elektronische Geräte liefen einwandfrei, das Haus war sauber, um den Pool wurde sich gekümmert, speziell nach schlechtem Wetter zwecks pH Wert etc. Platz war genügend, Mülltonnen wurden fast jeden Tag nach Plan geleert, die beiden Restaurants im Ort waren gut (Geschmäcker sind unterschiedlich), in dem kleinen Markt vor Ort konnte man sogar mit einer VISA Debitkarte zahlen. Im Ort selbst gibt es 2 Restaurants und einen Supermarkt. Für alles weitere muss man das Auto benutzen. Wir haben die Ruhe jedenfalls genossen. Das Haus ist aussen wie innen genauso schön, wie man es auf den Fotos sieht. Bei der Einrichtung wurde an alles gedacht. Auch in der Küche fehlte nichts! Zum Strand geht man in ca. 1/2 Stunde durch einen Wald. Im Ort selbst gibt es 2 Konobas, die man nur empfehlen kann, und einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man fast alles bekommt. Das Haus hat alles was man sich wünscht. Leider waren wir nur einmal im Pool, weil das Wetter sehr verregnet war. Von 10 Tage Auffenthalt waren nur 4 Tage gut. Zum Glück ist das Haus groß genug und man konnte sich auch drinnen gut beschäftigen. Die Insel Krk hat uns aber auch Abwechslung geboten. Einen Stern abzug, weil wir ein Wäschepaket gebucht hatten und leider keine Handtücher parat lagen. Gerne hätten wir am Anreisetag noch geduscht. Schöner erholsamer Urlaub im Herzen Kroatiens. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß im Pool. Sehr großzügige Anlage. Wir würden wieder hinfahren. Für uns war es ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub. Man befindet sich in einem kleinen, netten Dorf, abseits vom lärmenden Tourismus. Das Haus war ein Traum, sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts, sogar die Kerze für den lauen Sommerabend war vorhanden. Auch der Garten ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. An der Pooldusche kann man sogar warm duschen, dass ist schon toll. Der Pool hatte für uns eine angenehme Wassertemperatur. Das Meer war entweder zu Fuß(ca. 30 Min.) oder mit dem Auto (5Min.)erreichbar. Ein Muss sind Schwimmschuhe, da es an den Naturbadebuchten(sind viele schöne vorhanden) viele Seeigel gibt. Ich habe mir sagen lassen, sind viele Seeigel vorhanden, handelt es sich um sehr sauberes Wasser. Für die Kinder war es natürlich ein Erlebnis zu schnorcheln, man sieht viele Fische, Seegurken, Seeigel und Muscheln. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt im Dorf, in dem man fast alles bekommt. Ansonsten kann man in großen Supermärkten Richtung Stadt Krk einkaufen. Es gibt sogar einen Lidl und dm-Markt. Sehr schön ist auch, wenn man von der Stadt Krk eine Bootstour mitmacht, wir hatten das Glück und haben Delfine gesehen. In den umliegenden Städten kann man auch sehr gut essen. Sehr gut gefallen hat es uns im Restaurant am Campingplatz Glavotok(5 Min. von uns entfernt). Man sitzt direkt am Meer und bekommt hier sehr gutes Essen. Von Fisch bis Fleisch und Nudelgerichte ist für jeden was vorhanden. Auch die Menschen in Kroatien sind sehr höflich und nicht aufdringlich, wie in manch anderen Urlaubsgebieten. Dieser Urlaub ist nur zu empfehlen. ##### Christian H. Im Ort 5 Gehminuten, sind zwei Restaurants und ein Geschäft in dem man alles erhält was man benötigt. Wir können Diese Anlage nur empfehlen ==> Note: Sehr gut ##### Tanja W.
