The staff were amazing, but there were a few little quirks with the room. We had 3 different minor maintenance issues and the room design was a bit odd and everyone should pay attention to the room they book. The ceilings are sloped so even at 5 foot tall, you will be bonking your head. They show photos so it is my fault for not paying attention, but at 5 foot even never had that issue before.

Lovely, clean modern hotel with friendly helpful staff.
The location high up in the old town was very handy too. Sarajevo is a fine city with great people and a tragic recent history, tge history being the reason for me and my colleagues' visit.
Highly recommended.

Ufff they need a lot of training in several areas in the hotel specially in cleaning and maintenance
Actitude of some of the staff but there is not much to choose from regarding hotels in Sarajevo

Apartamento super espaçoso, confortável, atendentes atenciosas e prestativas, cafe da manhã parecia um pequeno almoço, diferente do café no Brasil, mas gostoso. Vista privilegiada no alto da colina, com vista para cidade, Hotel Holliday e passarela dos snipers e uma distância pequena do centro histórico.
