On the outskirts, 2.8 km from the centre of Vassgårda, 10 km from the centre of Kristinehamn, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 30 m from the edge of the forest, 50 m from the lake, direct access to the beach, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 6'000 m2, garden lawn 1'500 m2 flowers. Motor boat (on order), Rowing boat, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Grocery 10 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 10 km, bicycle rental 10 km, bus stop 10 km, railway station "Kristinehamn" 10 km, sandy beach "Skymningens badplats" 11 km, bathing lake "Stora vilången" 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km, minigolf 10 km, sports centre 10 km, fishing possibilities 50 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Stora vilången 50 m, Vänern 12 km. Large, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Exit to the veranda. Shower/WC. Heating, boiler (100 litres). Wooden floors, parquet floors. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Large terrace 70 m2 partly roofed, large porch 60 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful panoramic view of the lake, the countryside and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smoking house. Private mooring. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
