Aandachtpunten: \* tuin: was meer een veldje, heeft een maaibeurt nodig en je kon er alleen via de slaapkamer komen. De trapzijde vanaf de begane grond was slecht en overgroeid. Er was geen tuintafel. Je kunt wel op het balkon zitten. \* balkon: heeft dringend onderhoud nodig, rot hout. \* gordijnen: er hangen alleen dunne gordijnen, houden geen licht tegen.
