Krimml ist ein schönes österreichisches Dorf, das inmitten einer grandiosen Bergwelt im Nationalpark "Hohe Tauern" liegt. Krimml is weltbekannt durch die Krimmler Wasserfälle - die grössten Europas! Der Spar-Supermarkt, Bank, Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der kostenlose Skibus ist nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt viele Parkplätze, aber ein Auto für Ihren Urlaub in Krimml ist nicht notwendig. Die Wohnung ist 50 m2 gross, befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist für 2-5 Personen geeignet (ein Schlafzimmer + ein Wohn/schlafzimmer). Sie teilt sich in ein Wohnzimmer mit TV, Radio / CD-Player, eine komplett ausgestattete Kochnische mit Herd und Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mini-Backofen, Kaffeemaschine und einer gemütlichen "Stube". WLAN-Internet ist verfügbar. Es gibt ein separates Schlafzimmer mit zwei Betten und einem zusätzlichen Schlafbereich (Schlafniche) mit einem Doppelstockbett. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Tandem-Bett. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne, Dusche, WC und Fön. Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Haus. Von der Wohnung gibt es Ausgang zu einem ruhig gelegenen Garten mit Gartenmöbeln. Ein Skiraum befindet sich auf der gleichen Etage im Haus. In der Nähe von der Wohnung finden Sie ein solar beheiztes Swimmbad, Tennisplätze und eine Minigolfanlage. Krimml bietet alle Möglichkeiten für einen ganzjährigen Urlaub. Im Winter is es ein Wintersportparadies. Zillertalarena ist mit dem kostenlosen Skibus in weniger Minuten erreichbar (auch die Skiarena Wildkogel). Alles is prima bereikbaar vanaf de locatie van het appartement. Het is een ruim onderkomen met een tuin en alles is aanwezig om zelf te koken. Voor de mensen die met de trein en bus komen. Er is een mobiliteitkaart, die je gratis openbaar vervoer geeft, van Zell am see naar krimml en daartussen. De eigenaar kan die kaart voor je regelen. Daarnaast zijn de watervallen inbegrepen bij de toeristenkaart. Was voor ons een beetje gepuzzel, maar hebben we best plezier van gehad. In een paar minuten ben je bij de rodel/kinderski piste ideaaal voor de kids. Het appartement was schoon en goed gewoon basic. Eigenlijk geen commentaar. Die angebotene Wohnung hat Fenster und eine Tür nach draußen/auf die Terrasse, vom Haupteingang aber über die Treppe ins Untergeschoss zu erreichen. Sie ist vom Standard einfach und nicht neu ausgestattet, aber völlig ausreichend, wenn man tagsüber ohnehin nur Skifahren will. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es 2 große Einzelbetten, die zusammengeschoben wurden (auf dem einen lagen wir etwa zu weich - vielleicht mal den Lattenrost austauschen? - auf dem anderen angenehm hart). Daneben steht in einer Nische, durch einen Vorhang abgetrennt, ein stabiles Etagenbett, in dem unsere kleinen Kinder geschlafen haben. Der große hat im Wohnzimmer auf der Schlafcouch geschlafen und war auch zufrieden. Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne - sehr gut für verspannte Muskeln! In der Wohnküche gibt es einen großen Tisch mit Eckbank. Die Küche ist klein (2 Kochplatten), aber rel. neu und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle und einen kleinen Backofen. Die Steckdosen funktionieren, könnten z.T. vielleicht mal erneuert werden. In den Schränken gab es ausreichend Platz und Kleiderbügel für die Sachen von 5 Personen. Es gibt auf dem Flur einen Raum für Skier und Skistiefel, den sich allerdings mehrere Wohnungen teilen und wo es schon mal eng werden kann (am besten die Ausrüstung beschriften/markieren). Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus (es kann allerdings schon mal eng werden). Ein großer Supermarkt und eine Bank sind direkt gegenüber. Skibushaltestelle, Sportgeschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung (200-300 m). ##### Julia B. Es ist eine sehr kleine Wohnung was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da wir ohnehin den ganzen Tag auf der Piste waren.
