The 120 sqm holiday apartment features a spacious living room with several seating areas, a tiled stove, TV, hiking maps, books, and a kitchen with a dishwasher. There is also a master bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a children's room with 2 large beds, 2 children's beds, a baby cot, a changing table, a high chair, and toys. All rooms are also equipped with electric heating. A wraparound balcony offers magnificent panoramic views of the Nockberge mountains. In the basement, you’ll find a sauna and a washing machine. The beautiful garden includes a large sun terrace, many seating areas, and a tiny stream. In front of the house, a freshwater fountain gently bubbles. The friendly caretaker living on the ground floor is happy to assist you. At the neighboring organic farm, you can purchase fresh bread, milk, butter, juices, jams, berries, and mushrooms. Accommodation for up to 6 adults is possible for an additional fee of €40 per day, which includes an extra double room with a private bathroom. It is possible to heat the entire apartment using the tiled stove. Firewood is included in the price. Gut gefallen hat uns der große Raum mit der Küche und der großen Eckbank. Vorm Fernseher gab es leider zu wenige und ungemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Ein richtiges Sofa und oder bequeme Sessel wären schön gewesen. Es ist auch nur ein Bad und eine Toilette vorhanden, die Toilette im Keller fanden wir wenig einladend. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Familie war sehr nett und auch die Möglichkeit, Milch und Joghurt beim Bauern nebenan zu kaufen, fanden wir toll. In der Ferienwohnung haben wir uns vom ersten Moment an heimisch gefühlt. Sauber, großzügig und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist umfangreich ausgestattet und die Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar. Der großzügige Garten ist ebenfalls mit nutzbar. Wer Lust hat auf Ruhe und ganz viel Natur, wird sich hier sicher wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung ist geeignet auch für ältere Kinder. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden bestimmt bald wieder kommen. Einzigste Kritikpunkt: Im Inserat sollte noch erwähnt werden, dass Strom (im Winter) noch zusätzlich seperat abgerechnet wird. Die junge Verwalterfamilie so nett und hilfsbereit, unkompliziert. Der benachbarte Bauernhof mit der frischen täglichen Ration Milch, zwei mal die Woche frisches Brot…..und und und……. TolL. Es ist ruhig und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es hat einen urigen Scharm, altes verbindet sich mit Moderne. Die Familie, die das Haus mtbewohnt, ist sehr gastfreundlich. Sehr hemütlich und funktionell. Toll auch die Sauna im Keller und die Versorgung mit selbst produzierten Nahrungsmitteln vom nenachnarten Bauern. Wir waren bereits zum 4\. Mal als 4/5 köpfige Familie im Bauernhaus und haben uns wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt. In die Skigebiete Katschberg und Innerkrems sind es von der Unterkunft aus nur 20-25 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die kulinarische Verpflegung vom Nachbarhof bei Familie Fischer mit frischer Milch, Butter, Brot und Kärntner „Kaasnudeln “ ein Gedicht.
