The open-plan living and dining area is thoughtfully arranged with a dining table and benefits from electric shutters, creating a welcoming and versatile space. From this area, you have direct access to a small west-facing terrace that offers a marvellous view of the lake, the mountains, and the surrounding countryside. The 1 bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while an additional sofabed measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length is available in the living area to accommodate the third guest. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC.
