Wonderful hotel for a new diver. Sylvia helped me find a wonderful guide and was able to rent dive supplies that I lacked. She even rented a truck on my last day so I was able to see the island. Quiet, relaxing room. I'm definitely coming back. Thank you!

We had a great stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful, the gear rentals were of great value, and the rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. It was easily walkable to town with plenty of dining options.

Loved my stay here- Thank you to the owners Sylvia, Prisca and Roger! And to my dive guide instructor Geert you all made this trip amazing! I highly recommend Tropical Divers Resort for divers and travelers alike. The property here is peaceful and tidy and the you can’t beat the location a couple mins walk to the ocean.

A Tropical Treat

This place is a secret hideaway that feels like home in a tropical paradise setting. The owner wrs are extremely helpful and friendly. They own the divers school next door. The place is close to the airport and many attractions. I highly recommend this place.

This property is locally owned and operated. Sylvia and Priska were helpful threw out our stay. Having access to gear and tanks on site was great! The property is clean and we'll maintained. I would definitely stay again.

The air conditioning works great. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms have fridge with freezer. Towel rack outside can fit snorkelling and rash gear for 2 people. Dishes and cutlery are in room for your use (open cupboard doors to find them). Pool was great, though we only used it once because we were snorkelling most of the time. Owners can guide you so ask them your questions if you don't know Bonaire.

Family owned and run boutique hotel with Dive shop located on premise. Also had a dive check out pool plus a small pool to swim in and sit around and read your book. Very quiet and friendly. Owners couldn't do enough for you when asked.Only down side is no restaurants in the area other than one located next door primarily open for dinner and on the hi-end. 20-25 minute walk into town.

We stayed at Tropical Dive Resort in Bonaire for three days. The place is decent, but we did encounter a few minor issues during our stay. The flush tank filled very slowly, and the air conditioning didn’t cool well initially. However, once we mentioned this to Sylvia, she promptly assisted us, and a technician fixed the problem the next day. This resort may not be for everyone, as I expected a bit more given the price paid. The room cleaning service is only provided for stays longer than three days, and the WiFi was quite slow. Overall, it was an okay experience, but it may reflect standards typical of other accommodations in Bonaire.

Owners were great, however the cleaning staff was not. When the cleaner did come, she did not refill the toilet paper, change our beach towels and only provided 1 blanket for our 2 beds. We saw the cleaner not long after she was in our room and tried to give her the beach towel to change for us. She said in Spanish that she didn't speak English even though we saw her speaking English 30 minutes earlier. It was pretty rude and we were very nice to her when asking. With that said, Bonaire is beautiful and this isn't a 5 star resort or anything and we didn't expect that either.
