Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

I wish I could give 4 1/2 stars. We really enjoyed our stay, but we had numerous issues with the kitchen appliances. The location is fabulous and the flat was lovely. I found it a little pricey, but thought it was worth it if in fact, everything had worked correctly. The office staff was hot and cold. Several of them were super helpful and several were simply dismissive.
