The table where we ate breakfast was not cleared for at least an hour while other guests passed by and had to eat near it. I asked her for assistance to get my bag down the step and she told me it was not her job, but she took it down. I asked her her name and she refused to tell me. All the other ladies had their name displayed by the front desk. She was borderline rude and NOT helpful at all."

"I stayed here for two nights while attending an event in Terezin. I did not realize that most of the guests would be team members from sports teams. That made for an interesting vibe, but everyone -- EVERYONE - was super calm, polite, and quiet. My room was a single and it was small, but efficient. My window opened all the way which was great because I could get fresh air and cool the room off at night. I was on the 5th floor which I was glad about. Parking was free and right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was amazing and really I could not have been more pleased with the whole set-up. If I'm ever in this area I will definitely stay again. "
