We stayed in a suite at Hotel Gokula Grand Turtle in Kovalam, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The ambience was warm and inviting, the food was delicious, and the management and staff were thoroughly professional and courteous.
A highlight of our stay was participating in the Onam Sadya—it truly felt like celebrating Onam away from home, filled with warmth and tradition.
I would especially like to mention a few team members who made our stay memorable:

The room attendants – for being exceptionally efficient, attentive, and caring.
The General Manager and his colleagues – for their personal attention, with a special mention for their active involvement in organizing the Onam Sadya.
The restaurant team – for their excellent service and genuine hospitality.
Excellent value for money – the overall experience, from the suite to the service and dining, far exceeded our expectations and offered a truly premium experience.
If I were to offer one constructive suggestion, it would be to give the property a slight facelift—a little maintenance upkeep would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience.
