No toilet paper, no towels. The owner had left a portable radiator outside the apartment but had not warmed up the aprtment. Radiator had little affect on warming the room. Finally got someone to bring us towels and toilet paper and an extra blanket. He also kindly brought us a space heater. By morning the room had finally warmed up.
