This luxurious two-bedroom villa, with high-quality furnishings and air conditioning throughout, is situated in a prime location within walking distance of the Village Square.  
  
 Step into the elegant lounge featuring large, comfortable sofas, a flat-screen television, CD and DVD player, and a stone-built fireplace. Double doors lead to a shaded patio by the pool, perfect for relaxation. The adjoining dining area boasts a wooden table for six, with doors opening to the outdoor space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, a refrigerator, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, and washing machine.  
  
 Upstairs, the twin bedroom features zip-and-lock beds, a private balcony with serene pool views, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The master bedroom offers a double bed, fitted wardrobe, and an en-suite, along with a second private balcony with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.  
  
 Outside, the 10x5m Roman-step pool, surrounded by a spacious terrace and lawn, invites endless sunbathing. A pergola-shaded dining area, complete with barbecue facilities, sets the stage for alfresco meals by the pool.  
  
 The pool can be heated for an additional charge. Please request when booking.  
  
 The fireplace is not operational.
