A beautiful three-bedroom villa nestled in a quiet side street on the eastern plateau, this luxury property redefines elegant accommodation. Upon entering, you are welcomed into a stylish living area adorned with two plush leather sofas, a flat-screen TV, CD and DVD players, and large windows that open to the pool and patio area. The adjacent dining room features a stunning square dining table with a glass top, perfect for entertaining, while the contemporary kitchen boasts Italian wood cabinetry and all modern appliances, including a dishwasher and American-style double fridge.  
  
 The master bedroom exudes comfort with a king-size bed, spacious wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a bathtub with stunning views. The second bedroom includes a double bed and French doors to the patio, sharing a bathroom with the third bedroom, which contains twin beds. Luxurious furnishings grace all rooms, complemented by a convenient guest cloakroom and a utility room at the basement level.  
  
 Outside, a spacious veranda provides a relaxing seating area, while the highlight is the 10m x 5m infinity-edge swimming pool (heated at an additional cost) overlooking the ravine and the Mediterranean.
