Beautifully presented and offering spectacular sea views stretching towards Paphos, this 2 bedroom apartment is a fantastic choice for a relaxing holiday. Situated in a quiet location in Theseus Village, the communal swimming pool is just a short stroll away through the picturesque gardens.  
The entire property is decorated in neutral tones with contemporary fixtures and fittings throughout. The living room features a modern L-shaped sofa and armchair, flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. The room enjoys breathtaking views of the coastline from the French doors, which open out to the spacious rear balcony.  
The dining area features a cherry wood dining table with 4 chairs whilst the adjacent kitchen with its granite work surfaces is complete with modern stainless steel appliances, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.  
  
The double bedroom has shuttered French doors leading to the rear balcony and also incorporates a marble en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower combination, WC and washbasin set in a marble vanity unit.  
The second bedroom features twin beds with views to the sea and has use of the adjacent shower room with a shower cubicle, WC and washbasin.  
The Apartment boasts not one, but two balconies; one to the front, and a large rear-facing balcony offering stunning views of the sparkling sea below. Furnished with an outdoor dining table and matching chairs and sun loungers this is the perfect place to relax whilst soaking up the Cypriot sunshine and taking in the glorious Mediterranean views.
