Situated in Kötschach-Mauthen, the holiday apartment "Penthouse Im Bauernhaus" occupies the building of a historic Carinthian farmhouse from 1850, with the attic and the former mill converted into a chalet-style penthouse in 2019, and offers unobstructed mountain views. This cozy and sunlit 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 5 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher. A baby cot can also be provided.

Pros: Wir (mein Mann und ich) hatten Anfang Oktober einen wundervollen Urlaub in Kärnten. Aufgrund des tollen Wetters haben wir die super schöne Ferienwohnung eigentlich nur zum Schlafen und für das Frühstück / Abendbrot genutzt. In der Wohnung ist alles neu, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Kein überflüssiger Schnickschnack oder kitschige Deko trüben das großzügige Flair der Wohnung. Wir konnten selbst im Oktober noch auf dem geschützten Balkon in der Sonne frühstücken. Durch die verkehrsgünstige Lage kommt man für "Bergverhältnisse" relativ zügig an viele interessante Orte. So konnten wir viele bekannte aber auch neue Wanderrouten erleben. Herzlichen Dank an Familie Dräxlmaier und Familie Knoop (Hausmeister). Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
