Nice comfortable apartment with a sea view and just 800 m from the beach. It is situated in the quiet part of Kostrenam among greenery, and it is near to the beach, small harbor.  
  
From the one bed apartment there is a sea view from the bedroom and from the kitchen diner. The apartment is on a floor and there is public parking free of charge on the street and it is in the shadow.  
The bedroom is very big and there is a king size double bed. The view from the bedroom is perfect and you can enjoy it during the day and night.  
  
In the open space living room is a large double bed sofa. The property features also an HD digital TV.  
The kitchen is equipped with all amenities and the bathroom has a bath shower.
