On the first night, we had an issue with the air conditioning, so they gave us another room. However, the safe box in that room didn’t work either, so we had to move to yet another room. The first room was actually better and nicer. The last room we were given was on the ground floor. Overall, I didn’t receive the level of service I expected.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick im zweiten Geschoss und waren bis darauf, dass es im Badezimmer kein Licht am Spiegel gibt, mit der Ausstattung sehr zufrieden. Leider fahren auf der Straße vor dem Hotel zumindest in der Hochsaison ..."
