Always a pleasure staying at Heritage Hill Hotel. Staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and the hotel is in great shape and condition.

We stayed here two time while we were in Athens, when we first arrived and a day before we were leaving. Both of our stays were perfect! We stayed in different rooms each time and both times they were clean, spacious, and well maintained. Staff were also amazing! We have seen lots of staff rotate as they have a small desk when you walk in and they have different shifts and every single person has been amazing! Not to mention that we are within walking distance to literally everything! I did see a comment about noise on here and I will say that we are by Monastiraki square and many late night restaurants so yes you might hear street noise ( depending on the room you get) but to me that is to be expected since we are right by one of the busiest parts of Athens so I knew that going into it but it really isn’t all that bad. Thank you Lotus enter inn we will be back! :)

Kind and helpful staff

My first room (#103) was dark and dingy. And, there was a cockroach. They moved me, somewhat grudgingly, to a different room, which was much nicer and brighter and felt cleaner. The staff were okay, I wouldn’t say they were friendly but they were helpful. I very much enjoyed the breakfast they provided. The location is convenient, you can walk to most of the attractions within 20 minutes. But honestly, now that I have been around the city, there are other similar hotels in prettier areas. This hotel is on the main road so there is a lot of traffic around.
