Rooms are not soundproof as advertised.
There’s major building construction all around the property currently. You can hear people talking in the hallway and from other rooms.
Hotel sits above Intermodel which is the main transportation hub. It’s very convenient to catch transport, however if you want to walk to city center or old town it’s a bit of a walk

A very nice hotel in downtown Bilbao, adjacent to the shopping streets and an easy walk to the Guggenheim museum, the old town and the train station. It's quite a lot nicer than the street it is on would suggest. For a downtown hotel we found it nice and quiet, the breakfast was very nice with a few regional additions to the usual hotel breakfast fare. Parking for £20 a night was convenient. An all around good experience.
