"We pay over EUR 500 for a night but turned out we cannot check in. We spent so much time to contact Expedia CS and the host and it ruined our whole itinerary for settling the accommodation. Turn out the host said he hasn’t received our booking and we are not sure it’s the issue of Expedia or the accommodation. But it really affect our mood and whole experience."
