"The host was super responsive, communication was easy. She waited for us on the day of arrival. The place is easy to find, reachable by public transport, close to the old town, shops, etc. very central. Beautiful apartment, great location. The kitchen is minimally equipped, but that was enough for us to cook meals. Thank you!"

And where I asked for a refund they said “it’s a non refundable booking” even though I couldn’t even use it to begin with! Very disappointed from the property and from Hotel.com service!"
