I liked the Idea of paperless and online check-in, However we didn't get the check-in email and struggled to get a call to them upon arrival since our phones didn't work right on our wi-fi setup we were using. However someone let us use their phone to call them and we were able to send an email and we got in in a few minutes. Someone in the building burnt something on the stove and the fire alarm went off. Without a staff on site we did not know how to reset the alarm or really what to do. So everyone in the building was outside waiting and finally after about 35 min the alarm shut off.
