MIDDLE LEVEL Climb up the stairs and enter into the vast living, dining and kitchen space with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing picturesque views of Brisbane Waters. Full laundry facilities and a bathroom provide added convenience. Step onto the large patio deck to enjoy the views. A second deck opens up to a large balcony with a pool, sun loungers and BBQ. There is sufficient dining space for 12 ppl. UPPER LEVEL The highest level has two full bathrooms and three decks. Unfortunately, the heater is currently out of service due to an identified issue under inspection and will remain unusable until repairs are completed for safety reasons.
