"This is an excellent place for the large gathering. Never seen a place in Vic with the facilities that a country property has. Swimming pool, games, large backyard, barbecue, bar , an amazing place for partying.Loved the place."

"If you like mould, filth, paper thin walls and junkies, this is the place for you! I lasted about 30mins and left. I felt so uneasy by the state of the room and clientle. Definitely not worth $120+ taxes. The cancellation policy which I agreed to meant no refund at that late stage but I didn't care, I had to leave for my own peace of mind. I would give half a star if an option."
