"This is not a 5-star hotel. It is solid 4. The quality of food is okay. The lunch only lasts 1.5 hrs: 12:30 - 14:00. Premium alcohol drinks are not included. It's a loud hotel: 3000+ guests slam room doors day and night - the whole building shakes. The quality of guests is very low here (if you know what I mean). They put mountains of food on their plates that they are not going to eat creating lots of waste. People who stay here prioritize lower price over quality. Check out the IC Green Palace nearby, it's a much nicer hotel at a similar price range with all drinks included and fewer guest rooms, and better food. However, the kids area and activities do stand out here. If you're just looking for a nice 4-star option, this is a good one."
