"Spa experience was horrible. No one there to guide you after they have taken payment upfront. Lockers in change rooms were all broken. Did not lock. Everyone just concentrated on taking money first. Roof top restaurant advertised as fine dining but in fact was a bar with loud music and flashing lights. ..."
