Villa Luce

  • This newly built house is located in a small place called Čilipi, in the heart of Konavle region.
    Surrounded by nature, away from urban noise, it is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation, but still, close enough to enjoy in beautiful Dubrovnik and the region.
    Outside area consists of a parking area, children's playground with swings and slides, swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols, barbecue and dining area. Terraces spread all around the house, but offers you total privacy so that you can completely enjoy the whole property.
    The inside of the house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area and living room. There are also two bedrooms and two bathrooms and the whole house is air conditioned.
    Čilipi is a small place, perfectly situated so that you can enjoy peace and beautiful nature. There is a supermarket, caffes, pizza place, hairdresser, post office etc. just 1km away from the house. There is also a museum, a beautiful church and a Sunday folklore show. Also 2 km away there is a beautiful hidden rocky beach where you can enjoy the crystal blue sea.
    This house is only 6km away from Cavtat, a beautiful small town where you can enjoy the beach, restaurants, bars and a lot of water sports and activities.
    We recommend you to rent a car during your stay, since the public transport is very poor and there are a lot of beautiful places, beaches, restaurants and attractions to visit.

A lovely villa with lovely owners. Luce and her husband could not have been more helpful or friendly but equally left us to our own devices once checked in. The villa was only a month old when we stayed and it is finished to a very high standard with everything provided. The welcome was the best we have ever had after 10 + years of villa holidays. Cilipi, is very close by, a nice village with a couple of shops and good Piizza take away as well as weekly folk dancing on a Sunday morning. Cavtat is 10 minutes away and a beautiful and very clean resort town, with lots of good restaurants and boat trips / as well as a ferry to Dubrovnik. Great waters, with pebble or rock beaches mainly and very clear, great for snorkelling, needing swim shoes due to sea urchins. Also very handy to the airport, although a car is needed to get the best of this location. Very high quality villa and great owners.

Totally perfect

We booked this property last minute and without much research - we landed totally on our feet! Location wise, the property is 5 minutes from the airport so no long drives once you arrive. Although it’s so close, there is minimum noise from aircraft. The only other thing we could hear the whole stay were cicadas! The Villa is brand new and stocked with everything you could ask for - we cooked most days at the Villa and it had everything we needed. The owner, Luce stocked the basics for us when we arrived and twice dropped off with more veggies from her garden. She couldn’t have done more to make our stay wonderful. Cavtat is a short drive away and while a car is a must in the area, being close to the airport means it’s easy to pick up an Uber. Try Bokun Bocun in Cavtat for amazing food. The local Pizzeria in Cilipi is also very good and super cheap. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Villa Luce for another totally relaxing stay.

Great Stay

We had a great stay in Cilipi. Luce was at the property to meet us on our arrival and was a superb host. She gave lots of recommendations that were spot on. The villa was everything that we needed and was a great space. We couldn’t have asked for any more
