It is luxury villa with a private pool of 45 m2 and professional gym, only 100 m distance from center of Komiza, and 300m from beach. Envivo is located on 1000 m2, has a total of 400 m2 of living space, spreads over 2 floors spreads over 2 floors, and can fit 8+2 persons. It has living room with kitchen, 4 bedrooms with 4 en suite bathrooms, guest bathroom, and richly equipped unique home gym. Arriving at the property of Villa Envivo Komiža, the first thing you will notice are the dry stone walls that encircle the entire property. From the main entrance, you come to the first floor of the villa where there is a comfortable living area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with an island with two seating places and a dining table for 8 people, a living room with comfortable sofas where you can relax in beautiful sea views and sunsets. From the living room, you will exit to a large fully decorated terrace covered with playfully arranged stone tiles where there is a heated private pool of 45 m2 surrounded by elegant deck chairs, umbrellas and seating for maximum relaxation and enjoyment of the Mediterranean sun. There is also an outdoor shower in the pool area. Guests have at their disposal a covered area with a dining table and chairs, table tennis, outdoor kitchen and grill. On this floor there is a master room with a king size bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, satellite TV, and which through its glass south-western walls offers a panoramic view of the clear Adriatic Sea. The first floor of the villa is connected by stairs to the ground floor of the villa where there are three daylight bedrooms with king size beds and modern bathrooms with walk-in showers and satellite TV. The rooms have a view through the glass walls of the picturesque landscape and also an exit to the terrace where you can feel the scents of olive trees, lemons and Mediterranean plants that surround the villa. On the ground floor there is also a private professional fitness space that has a rich offer of professional exercise equipment where you can maintain your daily recreational or professional exercise routine. This home had everything we needed, with spacious bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms for every room. The kitchen is fully equipped for every need. A ton of amenities from the pool, to e-bikes, paddle board, ping pong table, roof top deck, and more. Location is perfect and an easy walk to all of Komiza. The host is super responsive and will take care of your every need. Check in and check out was so smooth. We didn’t have to worry about anything and could kick back and relax for the week. I highly recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! ##### Anita D. We stayed for a week in July as a family of 7 with 3 teens and 2 grandparents. It was completely perfec for all our ages. Suiting our needs extremely well with a gorgeous pool area and rooftop sun terrace; outdoor seating area complete with dining and sofas. Table tennis and paddle board/ kayak for the ocean. Inside the villa is extremely luxurious with a well equipped kitchen including coffee machine and ice maker, spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds, plus an extensive gym that would easily rival those we all pay membership too!! Toni and his wife were extremely generous, meeting us at the Villa to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy to assist with anything during our stay. Instructions for the Villa were on an iPad ans easy to access providing information about our stay and suggestions for local attractions and boat trips. We found the supermarket located 5 mins walk away very convenient and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The harbour is 7 mins walk and very picturesque, with a range of fantastic restaurants to suit all budgets and tastes. Komiza is wonderful and even in July we felt it wasn’t too busy and a great relaxing location with crystal clear seas and wonderfully kind people.
