The hotel was fully booked which left us out a lot of money, which the hotel also mentioned was not consistent with their rate which was multiple times lower than the noted rate through Expedia. Expedia did not refund us because they couldn’t get a hold of the facility. You would think that not being able to contact the property would suggest the fraud. No refund for us through Expedia.
