Koloa Kai reserves the right to investigate and provide remediation of any pest issue. The mere presence of pests in the property shall not constitute grounds for monetary compensation. 30-DAY MAXIMUM RENTALS: Koloa Kai LLC provides only short-term rentals with a maximum reservation of 30 days.
