This studio opens onto an east facing lanai with gentle trade winds overlooking the historical Prince Kuhio Park. Enjoy a slice of the beautiful pacific ocean 100 yards away. Comfortable breezes from tropical trade winds cool the unit but air conditioning is also an option. Prince Kuhio Condominiums are perfectly located to relax on the south side or easily venture off to other parts of the island. Lāwaʻi beach is a small sandy beach across the street with fantastic snorkeling. There are three surf breaks off shore which are fun to watch or enjoyed by the experienced surfer. The sunrises and sunsets are fantastic. The location is incredible and property was perfect. It is a small studio with 1 bath and a lanai. I could see it being small for a family of 4 but it was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean, WiFi was accessible and there were clean towels. The rental also included beach chairs, beach umbrella and 2 coolers. These little extras made our trip so much more convenient. The parking in the lot is a little tight; however, there is a parking garage with an entire floor dedicated to the condo. It was perfect. Shaunna & Duke are great to work with and the booking and check in were a breeze. There is a pool to use, beautiful landscaping and a convenient location to dispose of any trash.
