This Penthouse unit has a very private setting. Enjoy this beachfront property with Penthouse ocean view.
7+ night discount on non peak dates.
The lanai will keep you captivated for hours. Watch the early morning dawn patrol surfers rip the Waiohai reef. Located in the Heights of the beautiful beachfront property. Short walk to the beach , pool or use unit 417 for your base to explore all Kauai has to offer. Kiahuna Planation resort is located on a 35 acre tropical garden beachfront parcel. The oversized AC unit, remodeled living area, fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer make this unit the total package. It is very walkable to all amenities - beach, shopping, restuarants, pool. Our PBAC membership allows our guests free access and use of the Poipu Beach Athletic club which is located across the street. PBAC has a Pool hot tub, Gym ,fitness yoga , tennis/basketball courts, pickle ball. Including the Cabana grill that serves great food and drinks. This penthouse will be at the top of your list.


Check in at 4pm check out at 11 am
Departure cleaning fee is not included in vrbo fees. Guests are required to pay Castle Resorts directly, 2026 rate is $329 includes tax. There may be a small midweek housekeeping fee for fresh towels or trash removal $30 for stays over 10days. (Daily housekeeping can be requested at Castle resorts front desk)

The apartment was simple and well-kept, we were thankful to find something for one night, last minute, due to a scheduling mishap. Cost really adds up with taxes and cleaning fees, but this is Hawaii! Owner was courteous and quick to respond to texts. Staff was very friendly.

We recently stayed at this beautiful vacation rental and the room completely exceeded my expectations. It is same as pictures shows spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed everything is. The décor struck the perfect balance between modern elegance and cozy comfort, making it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. The private balcony with its stunning view — the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning. The Kitchen is fully supplied with appliances, cooking oil and seasoning, pans, woks, cups and plates etc. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the ample storage space to the convenient charging ports and lighting options. Overall, the room provided the perfect retreat after long days of enjoying Kauai's beautiful nature. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality vacation experience!

We had a great stay. The unit is nicely renovated and close to the beach, shops and things to do in Poipu. We loved having the beach activity hut on the property. Rented snorkel gear and took a surf lesson. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay at Kiahuna

We really enjoyed our stay at this updated and quiet condo. It had everything we needed inside and even some chairs and an umbrella for beach time. You can walk to several beaches and places to eat, and access to the health club across the street was a bonus we took advantage of. Poipu turned out to be a good location for us for touring the entire island. Thanks Brendan and family for a great stay!

Great & comfy place to stay at Poipu

It was an amazing place to stay: clean, renovated, and beautiful! The kitchen was equipped with everything you need for the home-cooked meals, the washer/dryer was nice to have. The location is great in proximity to a few beaches. The athletic club across the street was a nice addition for the whole family to enjoy the pool and go to the gym.

Owner/Manager was extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions! This condo was perfect for the two of us and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a game changer! Awesome beach chairs and beach umbrella to use. Access to very nice gym and pool and restaurant by the pool. Walk to everything, shopping beach, restaurants. You have a small ocean view, and the unit is set back from the beach so it is very private and quiet. You can enjoy the view while having coffee/ breakfast or any meal on the large private lanai without worrying about people looking at you as they walk bye. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful and comfortable condo!

This condo was perfect for our stay in Kauai. The condo itself was in a great location, updated and cozy with the grounds in Kiahuna plantation beautifully landscaped and well taken care of. Access to the beach was just a short walk. All in all it worked great for us.
