After putting your bags down, you're drawn to the beaming natural light coming through the sliding glass door at the oceanfront end of the condo. You unlock the door and step out onto the double-sized lanai, awing at the rocky sea cliffs to the east and the beautiful Poipu Beach Park to the west. Sea breezes and sunbeams brush your hair and face, the sound of the waves below you fill the air with Kauai's oceanic symphony. You have arrived! With full air conditioning, a double-sized lanai, 1035 square feet of beautiful island living, and a heated pool, 305A is a perfect vacation home for your tropical getaway. In the main bedroom, the California king overlooks the dramatic Poipu coastline. Rolling waves against the sea cliffs will be sing you to sleep every night. Twin vessel sinks in the main bathroom are stylish and functional, and the stone-floored shower will feel great after a day in the sun. No matter what the weather, the common areas and the main bedroom are serviced by their own air conditioning split units, so you'll be able to relax in your preferred climate all year round. The A building that houses this unit is fully ADA accessible and features elevator access to the unit. If need be, you do not need to climb or descend a single stair in order to access your vacation home. Likewise, one parking spot in the resort's lot is guaranteed per unit. You can watch whales and turtles from the lanai. Popui and Brennecke's beaches are an easy walk. Even though the location is in the south we took multiple trips to the northern beaches including Hanalei. Shipwreck Beach hike/walk is fantastic. Parker is great to work with and also provided a lovely welcome gift upon our arrival. We loved the location as it was close to everything. Great beaches and shops and restaurants. The view from this condo is amazing. Every morning around 9am while we were having our coffee on the lanai a group of spinner dolphins would come. The master bed was SO comfortable, we slept so well every night. Parker was the perfect host, checking in to make sure we had everything we need and including plenty of recommendations on the island. If I could rate this property higher than a 5 I would! Clean, comfortable beds, fantastic location and, oh my what a view! I loved sitting on the balcony to watch the waves crashing into the rocky shore. It was a quick and easy walk to the Poipu beach where we saw turtles every day and even monk seals. The pool was wonderful and you could see turtles swimming in the water right from the pool deck. Now, the main AC was broken during our stay, but Parker was easy to communicate with and did everything he could to try to get it fixed during our stay. The AC in the main bedroom still worked and not having the main AC really didn’t impact our enjoyment of the property at all. I hope to be able to come back again one day! ##### Kristina N. Our condo 305A has an absolutely spectacular view of the waves crashing Agatha lava rock. No need to go anywhere to see the sunset, right off the balcony is the best there is on island. The bed was comfy in the main master. (I would say the only negative is the 2nd bedroom and bathroom were warm due to no a/c in that area.) The a/c in the other rooms weekend and provided a nice coolness to the hot days. We cooked in most nights and everything was as pictured. I would recommend this condo and look forward to coming again. Kauai at its best!!!! ##### Patty R. The crashing of the waves, the spray of the waves from hitting the rocks and the magnificent sunsets every night from the deck are unparalleled. It is an older unit, but it is very clear that the owners and property manager are updating it a little bit at a time. I would think that getting a new carpet in the master bedroom would be a pretty high priority. It would also be a good idea to replace the curtains, which are old and spotted. The manager,Parker, could not have been more responsive to handle any of our needs, although there were not many of them. We are already looking into our next stay. ##### Rick D. We already want to go back! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Including a beach umbrella and beach towels. We loved having a washer and dryer and also the ability to close the windows and doors at night and use the A/C as those waves can be quite loud at times. Which we loved! Some people talk about being woke up by roosters in the morning around the island. Well, you don’t hear any of them here. Instead you hear these amazing waves crashing against the lava cliffs. And talk about a view!!! We saw multiple turtles swimming below every day. And the sunsets are beautiful! We utilized the barbecue a couple of nights and ate at the dining table which was great. We got married while we were there and our double wedding with our friends went so great as we each had our own space to get ready. Thank you Parker for providing such great communication and ease of renting our vaca condo. We enjoyed every minute of our week long stay! ##### Jennifer B. The pluses: we had a room that overlooked the ocean, and had a beautiful view. The management team was very responsive to our requests to fix broken things. The unit is well-equipped with cooking supplies. The check-in process was smooth, with help on-site. The minuses: We were vacationing with our infant son. The washer in this unit had black mold on the inside of it, and when we ran a wash cycle, all of his clothes smelled like mold afterwards. The guest bedroom is poorly ventilated and smells terrible, and this smell emanates into the rest of the unit — there is a lot of beach equipment in the closet that I think was not hosed off properly. There is a large exposed hole in the guest bathroom. The closet door in the master bedroom fell off its hinge and onto our baby's crib. The curtains are quite dirty. We would definitely not stay in this unit again unless it had been cleaned thoroughly and all these issues had been fixed. ##### Kylie C.
