The location is luxurious and the views are breathtaking. The place is good value for the money you pay. However, we encountered some issues during our stay. There were grimy cups in the kitchen, the light in the bathroom was not working, and ants where everywhere on the balcony. It would have been perfect if these issues were addressed. Additionally, we found it difficult to navigate through the numerous emails sent by the property manager. It would be helpful if they could consolidate the information into one email instead of sending multiple emails. We were looking for a place near Brenecke Beach in Poipu and this place was the perfect distance away. A short walk (about 3 mins) and we were there. Great for running trails as well.
