Our property features a large shared space with the privacy of separate 2 entrances, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and 3 outdoor lanais. The estate combines two residences: A Luxury Main House and a detached Beach Cottage. The Luxury Plantation house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including 2 lanais. The Beach Cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, including 1 kitchen, 1 family room, and 1 lanai. Each bedroom is equipped with mini-split air conditioning and a ceiling fan, ensuring comfortable temperatures when sleeping. The family rooms feature portable floor air conditioning units for added comfort. The kitchens are outfitted with premium appliances and quartz countertops.
